Dear Members and friends of St. Jude Parish:

As mentioned in my November 2, 2002 letter and in various announcements at Mass, we are in the process of studying the possibility of buying land adjacent to our Mammoth Road property and developing plans to design and build a new Church in the future. It is our hope that this feasibility study will provide us with the views, concerns and suggestions on this undertaking from our entire Parish family that will enable us to plan for the long-term future of our growing Parish Family.

You are being asked to participate in this feasibility study by completing the enclosed survey form. The survey has been designed to invoke your candid responses to the study. Please return your completed survey by Monday, February 10, 2003 by either dropping it in the collection plate or mailing it to the St. Jude Parish Rectory.

In order to discuss the results of this survey, and to provide you with further information about this proposed project, we have scheduled two Town Hall type meetings for all Parishioners on Sunday, March 2, 2003 at 3:00PM and again on Thursday, March 6, 2003 at 7:00PM. Both meetings will be held in the Church Hall. Moderating this meeting will be our Feasibility Study Consultant, Mr. John McLaughlin of Kirby-Smith Associates, who has been hired to aid us in evaluating this effort.

The views and support of our entire Parish are vital to the future growth and success of St. Jude Parish. Above all, we ask for your prayers in this endeavor.
