Prayer Requests

Please Read Carefully

1. To submit a prayer request, type in your prayer petition, name or initials, and email address.

2. Once you are finished, click the "submit" button at the bottom of the forms section.

3. All prayer requests will be placed in the physical Shrine at St. Jude Catholic Church. They will also be printed out for those who pray before the Blessed Sacrament on Wednesdays.

4. All petitions are checked daily and forwarded to Fr. Bob at St. Jude Church immediately upon receipt.
