From The South (CAPE COD): Take Route128 toward Waltham/ Dedham at the split off Route 24 (where 24 splits stay left - if you stay right it goes to Boston). Follow 128 toward Waltham/Lexington/Burlington. Once you past Burlington stay on right hand side of 128. You will eventually see signs for I-93 South to Boston and I-93 North to New Hampshire (Salem/Concord). Take I-93 North toward New Hampshire. Follow I-93 into New Hampshire. Take Exit 4 (Londonderry/Derry). Take a left at the exit. Go to the 6th set of lights (Mammoth Road - also NH 128). There is a CVS at the corner as well as a Bank of America and the Homestead Restaurant. Take a right and go north for four miles. St. Jude is on the left hand side.


FROM 495 (Worcester Area): Follow I-495 past Lowell until you see signs for I-93 North (may say Concord/Salem, NH). Follow I-93 North into New Hampshire. Take Exit 4 Londonderry/Derry. Left at exit to 6th set of lights (CVS/Homestead Restaurant). Take right onto Mammoth Road (NH 128) and go north for 4 miles. St. Jude is on the eft hand side.


FROM 128 BOSTON: Coming from Brockton: From Route 24 stay on right at split toward Boston

(I-93 North).  Follow I-93 North into New Hampshire. Take Exit 4 Londonderry/Derry. Left at exit to 6th set of lights (CVS/Homestead Restaurant). Take right onto Mammoth Road (NH 128) and go north for 4 miles. St. Jude is on the left hand side.


FROM NORTH of LONDONDERRY: Take I-93 South toward Derry (Boston/Salem). Take right on Exit 5 North Londonderry.  Take left at the Mobil Station (approximately 2 miles from Exit) onto Mammoth Road (NH-128 South). St. Jude is approximately one mile south on the right hand side.
